The cab SQUIX is a powerful industrial printer that impresses with its versatility and reliability. It offers high print quality, fast print speeds, and a robust design that withstands demanding production environments. With various print widths and resolutions, it is flexible to use—ideal for labels, barcodes, and QR codes. The SQUIX is easy to operate and maintain, features a variety of interfaces for seamless integration into existing systems, and offers durable printheads. This makes it a reliable solution for industrial label printing applications.

The cab SQUIX offers versatile models for different print widths and materials. The narrow SQUIX 2 is ideal for small labels that fit, for example, on circuit boards, while the SQUIX 4 is particularly universal and scores with extensive accessories. The wide SQUIX 6 is perfect for Odette, UCC, and GS1 labels in logistics applications, and the extra-wide SQUIX 8 printer is suitable for drum and pallet labels.

Intuitive, easy operation with LED display, easy-to-understand icons, and video instructions makes configuring device settings a breeze. A status bar and printer status display show the most important information at a glance. Right next to the control panel is a USB port for the Service Key or a flash drive to load data into the IFFS memory. If the printer’s control panel is not accessible, an external one can be connected as well.

All printheads with the same width are freely interchangeable. They are automatically detected and calibrated by the CPU. Important data such as operating time, maximum operating temperature, and heating energy are stored directly in the printhead. The values can be read out at the factory. Available printheads include those for edge-sharp print images, as required for nameplates with small fonts, as well as particularly durable printheads for harsh environments and direct thermal printing.

The label sensors can be unlocked with finger pressure and pulled out for cleaning. Printheads can be replaced with just a few steps. Adjustments and settings are generally not required. Platen rollers can be quickly and easily released with a single screw for cleaning or replacement. A mounting tool is kept handy directly on the device for changing all parts and installing peripherals.
