Two model variants are available: with gloss black ink (C4000e bk) for high-contrast results on glossy and high-gloss paper, or with matte black ink (C4000e mk) for high-quality prints on matte and plain paper.

With 1,200 x 1,200 dpi and color management tools such as ICC profiles, the C4000e delivers professional label quality—ideal for accurate color reproduction and razor-sharp detail.

The printer handles paper widths from 25.4 mm to 108 mm as well as various materials such as paper, films, and synthetic labels—including textured surfaces.

The 2.7-inch color display provides clear control. The integrated paper cutter can be replaced quickly without a technician.
