The high-performance Markoprint integra Coreflex controller combines ease of use with maximum flexibility. With its clear user interface including touch display and full keyboard, all system parameters of your inkjet printers can be easily entered, saved, and recalled when needed. The integra Coreflex can be used as a desktop or wall-mounted device, but can also be installed directly on the production line.
The control system supports different inkjet technologies simultaneously or alternately and allows the operation of a wide variety of print heads. Whether variable font sizes, double-sided printing on two independent production lines, coding of primary packaging with 2D codes and best-before dates, or marking of secondary packaging with large logos and quality seals – the Coreflex masters every challenge reliably and efficiently.
For everyone who values compactness and cost efficiency: the Coreflex is a customizable and flexible solution for industries such as food, chemical, building materials, and pharmaceuticals.
The integra Coreflex allows the creation, editing, and execution of print jobs directly on the device thanks to its integrated print image design function. This enables it to operate as a fully independent system (“stand-alone”). Additional software such as integra Command is not required for designing or modifying print images.
The 5.7″ high-resolution resistive touch display is pressure-sensitive and can therefore be easily operated with gloves or a stylus. This makes the display ideal for industrial use, where precise control is required under various conditions and maximum user-friendliness must be ensured.
One channel can be equipped with up to four printheads of the same technology. Alternatively, two channels can each be configured with up to two printheads of different technologies. This allows flexible printing solutions, such as double-sided printing of products within a single production line. In addition, the print controller can be used in parallel on two independent production lines.
The specially developed Coding Score makes it easier to select and configure Markoprint printing systems. The performance levels – PRINT, BASIC, ADVANCED, PRO, and ULTIMATE – are clearly defined, easy to compare, and vary depending on the system. This creates transparency in decision-making and ensures investment security in a marking solution that can be flexibly expanded at any time. New requirements for production, efficiency, or sustainability can be easily integrated, securing consistently powerful and economical processes.
The self-sealing printhead for HP Class ink cartridges ensures clean print results even after longer idle periods. By automatically closing when production pauses, it prevents dust ingress and ink drying. As soon as a photoelectric sensor detects the line starting up again, it moves the cartridge back into the print position and continues printing at high quality. Thanks to its special design, our Shutter printhead is optimized for pharmaceutical installations.
The NonStopPrinting printhead boosts system availability and reduces downtime by enabling uninterrupted printing during production. The unit consists of two printheads that alternate printing. An intelligent algorithm ensures the cartridges are always ready to use. If a cartridge needs to be replaced or cleaned, the second cartridge automatically prints all interim jobs. This eliminates the need to stop the line. By emptying first one cartridge and then the other, overall runtime until the next cartridge change is doubled. After the new or cleaned cartridge is inserted, the system automatically switches back to alternating printing. Two-color printing up to 25 mm print height is also possible with the NonStopPrinting printhead. With water- and solvent-based HP and LX Class inks, company logos or warning symbols can be applied quickly and contactlessly to absorbent and non-absorbent secondary packaging.
With IP65 protection and print heights up to 25 mm, integra Ultimate tackles demanding marking tasks. The patented printhead with HP cartridge technology enables automatic cleaning during operation and seals itself when idle. Each time the printhead is closed and opened, the nozzle plate is cleaned automatically. Thanks to this integrated cleaning, the printer is immediately ready to print after any pause, ensuring clean startup prints. Open time increases to over 72 hours depending on the ink; that means even after a production stop of several days, e.g., over a weekend, printing can resume immediately. The fully enclosed housing protects the printhead and ink cartridge especially effectively. This makes it ideal for dusty or humid production environments, such as wood processing or the food and beverage industry. The Markoprint integra Ultimate also excels in integrated systems, since in enclosed or hard-to-access installations the cartridges can remain in the printhead during downtime and do not need to be removed. Markoprint integra Ultimate increases and safeguards marking quality. It prints text, 1D barcodes, 2D codes, and graphics in high resolution and delivers brilliant results on products and packaging. It is also suitable for UV inks when smooth surfaces need to be printed.
