Particularly space-saving and flexible printer

The Markoprint X1JET HP Stitch has a particularly narrow design. The electronics are mounted behind the cartridge to save space. The thermal inkjet printer with HP cartridge technology also combines the printhead and controller in a robust enclosure made of anodised aluminium. This makes the printer extremely compact and therefore easy to integrate.

The Markoprint X1JET HP Stitch is the solution for narrow installation spaces or when several systems need to be mounted close together. The latter can be the case, for example, if several 12.5 mm high print images have to be produced simultaneously in a multi-lane thermoforming packaging system.

The Markoprint X1JET HP Stitch prints text, 1D barcodes, 2D codes and graphics in high resolution and delivers brilliant print results on products and packaging. The system is suitable for numerous printing tasks in the food, chemical, building materials and pharmaceutical industries.

Markoprint X1JET HP Stitch cascading

Cascading of up to 8 printheads

Several X1JET HP Stitch printheads can be flexibly combined, enabling simple cascading. In this way, the print width can be significantly expanded, making it easy to implement even large-area print images. With up to eight cascaded printheads, a seamless print image up to 100 mm high is created. This opens up new application possibilities, such as for wide packaging or labels with large amounts of information.

Stackability for multi-purpose applications

The simultaneous printing of multiple 12.5 mm high print images leads to a significant increase in productivity and efficiency in the marking process. Different information can be applied in parallel without additional work steps. This multi-print function enables fast throughput times and ensures high flexibility, especially in production environments with high marking requirements.

Smartcard technology for consistently good prints

A chip in the ink cartridges identifies the current ink type and automatically sets the corresponding parameters. There is no need to switch over manually when changing the ink. The ink level is also recorded and displayed in real time. This enables controlled cartridge replacement and prevents unplanned production downtimes. Thanks to the Click'n Print cartridge holder, ink changes are quick and easy.
