More flexibility for uneven surfaces

The Markoprint X1JET LX marks absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces precisely and reliably with a print distance of up to 10 mm, which offers more flexibility in the event of unevenness. The thermal inkjet printer with LX cartridge technology combines a printhead and controller in a robust housing made of anodised aluminium. This makes the printer extremely compact and therefore easy to integrate. The Markoprint X1JET LX offers maximum planning freedom when space is limited, for integration into existing production systems or when developing new system concepts.

Compared to the X1JET HP variants, the X1JET LX enables longer print distances and the LX inks have longer open times.

The printhead is also part of the ink cartridge. This means that the printhead is also replaced every time the cartridge is changed. This saves time-consuming maintenance and cleaning work and ensures optimum printing results. The Markoprint X1JET LX prints text, 1D barcodes, 2D codes and graphics in high resolution and delivers brilliant print results on products and packaging. The labeling is smudge-proof, easy to read and durable.

The larger print distance between the printhead and the product provides significantly greater flexibility for marking a wide range of materials and surfaces. Even on uneven structures, print quality remains consistently high without any loss of sharpness or brilliance. This is especially advantageous in industries such as packaging, food, or pharmaceuticals, where reliable, clearly legible markings under varying conditions are essential.

LX inks for longer open time without drying out

The printing technology of the LX-Class offers the major advantage of longer open time for ink cartridges without any loss of quality. This means that even during print pauses of up to several hours, the cartridge can remain open without the ink drying out or the nozzles becoming clogged. For even longer breaks, the cartridge can be securely closed and protected with a clip.

Smartcard technology

The smart card technology of the ink cartridges ensures consistently good prints. A chip identifies the current ink type and automatically sets the corresponding parameters. There is no need to switch over manually when changing the ink. The ink level is also recorded and displayed in real time. This enables controlled cartridge replacement and prevents unplanned production downtimes. Thanks to the Click'n Print cartridge holder, ink changes are quick and easy.

Integrated photo sensor

The photo sensor precisely detects when a product is in the exact right position to reliably trigger the printing process. This ensures that every label or print is executed with pinpoint accuracy and consistent quality. The sensor continuously monitors the process and plays a key role in maintaining consistently high print quality as well as exact positioning directly on the production line.
