The uncomplicated introduction to large character printing

The Markoprint X1JET MX 50 has a printhead for print heights of up to 50 mm. It prints with high contrast and precision on flat, absorbent surfaces, such as carton. The piezo inkjet printer realises the large character printing required in many industries without offset and prints high-resolution text, 1D barcodes, 2D codes and graphics. This makes it ideal as a labeling alternative. On request, the Markoprint X1JET MX can also print very small, with a minimum print height of three millimetres.

The compact and cost-effective system is particularly suitable for the food, chemical and building materials industries. It impresses with its simple integration into packaging systems and conveyor lines for printing from the side or from above.

The Markoprint X1JET MX 50 is available in three installation versions

The Markoprint X1JET MX is available in three installation versions: Compact, Vario and Top. In the Compact version, the printhead is permanently mounted vertically. With the Vario version, the printhead can be rotated 90° to the left, e.g. when coding on ascending conveyor belts. With the top version, coding is carried out from the top of the outer packaging or the product.

"All in One": Easy installation and maintenance of the system

The “All in One” design combines the printhead, ink system, cleaning station, control electronics, and power supply in a compact housing, making operation particularly convenient. This well-thought-out construction not only simplifies the commissioning of the system but also the venting of the ink circuit. In addition, it significantly reduces maintenance requirements and ensures long service life as well as safe and reliable operation.

Reduced setup times with 500 ml and 1000 ml ink supply bottles

The specially developed, oil-based ink in generous 500 ml or 1000 ml containers is perfectly matched to the requirements of various product surfaces. It is suitable for both low-absorbent and absorbent materials, always ensuring a clear and brilliant print image. Thanks to its short drying time, even coated folding cartons or other demanding packaging materials can be printed efficiently, cleanly, and reliably.
