The XDM & XPM 94x print and applicator modules from NOVEXX Solutions are the ideal solution for demanding industrial labeling processes. As the successor to the tried-and-tested DPM/PEM series, they impress with their outstanding print quality at high speeds of up to 400 mm/s. Whether as XDM with dispensing unit or as XPM in batch mode - both variants offer maximum flexibility in terms of installation position, label sizes and print width (4", 5" or 6"). The combination of thermal transfer technology, NearEdge printhead, intelligent film-saving function and simple operation makes them particularly efficient and user-friendly. With a robust enclosure, tool-free maintenance, a rotatable colour display and a wide range of interfaces, they guarantee maximum machine availability and easy integration into existing OEM systems - ideal for logistics, food, pharmaceuticals and more.

Thanks to their industrial robustness and 100% tool-free maintenance, the XDM & XPM 94x print modules offer maximum machine availability. Wear parts such as the printhead or rollers can be changed quickly and easily, minimising downtime and increasing productivity - ideal for 24/7 use.

The automatic adjustment of printhead parameters and the dynamic adjustment of material and film tension guarantee consistently high print quality. Functions such as "Backfeed on Demand" or batch mode enable maximum application rates with minimal operating effort - even for small formats.

The optional film-saving function stops the film feed in unprinted label areas, which reduces material consumption and therefore costs and environmental impact. In addition, the service life of the printhead is extended and maintenance costs are reduced - for efficient production.

Whether left or right version, upright or suspended mounting - the XDM & XPM 94x can be installed in any position. The large, rotatable colour display with intuitive menu navigation ensures convenient operation, even when wearing gloves. A wide range of interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, RS232 and ZPL emulation make integration easy.
