Zebra’s powerful ZD621 desktop printer is an evolution for more demanding applications. As an advanced 4-inch printer, it features innovations that set it apart: a user-friendly interface, a powerful system architecture, and the ability to add wireless functions in the field. The media guide and intake design have been redesigned to make operation even easier. The 4-inch model is available in two resolutions, offers numerous configurations, and fits virtually any workspace. The ZD621 is available as a direct thermal or thermal transfer printer. There is also a linerless model specially designed and tested for use with Zebra ZeroLiner labels.
Like Zebra’s industrial printers, the ZD621 thermal transfer model has a media dancer arm to ensure maximum quality on every label and tag at any print speed. The optional 300-dpi resolution provides even higher print quality.
Thanks to setup tools, wizards, and emulation features, the printer can be quickly deployed anywhere. The intuitive UI requires minimal training, and 5 LED icons allow at-a-glance status checks. Color-coded touchpoints and a new media-handling design enable effortless media changes, keeping your printers ready and work uninterrupted.
Connect the printer to your existing wireless or wired network, or directly to a PC. USB and USB host are standard. Ethernet, a serial port, and two wireless options for high-speed Wi-Fi™ and Bluetooth® are available.
With Zebra’s Printer Profile Manager Enterprise, part of the Zebra DNA Suite, you can manage and secure your networked printers worldwide from one location and troubleshoot remotely. Zebra PrintSecure, also part of the suite, helps protect your printers from cyberattacks. Configure your printer over secure connections, identify vulnerabilities, block unauthorized access, and more.
With the battery option, you can easily mount the printer on a cart or carry it with the matching bag to print at the point of use, saving steps and increasing accuracy. The high-capacity battery powers a full shift. The movable media sensor also enables the use of virtually any media, providing flexibility for different applications.
