The ZT610 has extremely precise print registration and line adjustment. This enables 600 dpi prints for labels that are only 3 mm in size (length) and are required for computer boards, chips and the smallest components, for example - without wasting expensive media due to improper printing.

Built on Link-OS®, intuitive Zebra DNA software delivers unparalleled intelligence and innovation for advanced connectivity, device management and privacy controls. User-friendly design features optimise everything from deployment to daily use and routine maintenance. Compatibility with other print systems and technologies simplifies integration and management. The in-built sensors, diagnostics and help resources assist users with troubleshooting so they can resolve minor issues without the need for support.

The heavy metal components made of solid metal are designed to withstand the demands of round-the-clock operation for years to come. The integrated thermal management eliminates ventilation slots and fans and blocks dust and dirt for trouble-free printing even in difficult environments. The uncomplicated, intuitive loading of consumable materials through the side opening increases printer uptime and reduces training requirements. The 4.3-inch full-colour touch display allows you to quickly navigate through the printer settings using the user-friendly icon menu system.

Optional advanced RFID encryption functions are easy to install and use. Field-installable media options utilise bulkhead connectors for quick installation to expand printer capabilities. Two USB host ports offer the necessary flexibility to connect a wide variety of peripheral devices. Two open communication slots allow quick and easy addition of connectivity options, e.g. 802.11ax, 802.11ac, parallel, Ethernet, IPv6 and applicator interface.
