Our training program

Label Print & Apply Systems (basic handling training)

Training description: In this handling training course, the operator is familiarised with the handling of the labeling system or print & apply system.

Contents: General operation of the system, explanation of module functions, adjustment/calibration of electronic/pneumatic components, basic settings on the print module (print blackening, speed, positioning of print and label), replacement of print module and thermal strip

Aim of the training: The aim of the training is to enable the operator to operate the system, identify components, make settings on the system, recognise errors and request specific help from the service department.

Training requirements: Previous mechatronic knowledge. Access to the machine should be available for the duration of the training.

Target group: Employees who are expected to handle the devices on a daily basis.

Duration: 0.5 days

Number of participants: max. 4 persons

Location: The training takes place on site at the machine.

Label Print & Apply System (intensive training in technology)

Training description: This training provides a comprehensive technical understanding of labeling and print & apply technology. Measures for repair and regular maintenance work are taught.

Content: General operation of the system, explanation of module functions and their replacement, adjustment/calibration of electronic/pneumatic components, settings on the pressure module.

Aim of the training: The aim of the training is to enable the operator to operate the system, replace components, make adjustments to the system, recognise and rectify faults.

Training requirements: Previous knowledge of mechatronics.

Target group: Employees who are expected to handle the devices on a daily basis and maintenance personnel.

Duration: 2 days (pressurised dispensing systems) / 1 day (dispensing systems only)

Number of participants: max. 4 persons

Location: The training can only be held at our training centre in Rheinbreitbach.

Markoprint Inkjet printer

Training description: Our Markoprint printers are characterised by a clearly structured user interface, which is similar for all products. This training course covers both the basic structure and the specific operating features of each system type.

Content: System introduction, print head technology, ink system, installation, system operation, application-specific handling, software options

Aim of the training: The aim of the training is to be able to install the system correctly, to know how to operate the system including setting all important print parameters and to recognise errors in order to request specific help from the service department.

Training requirements: Basic technical understanding. One printing system must be available per 2 participants.

Target group: Employees who are expected to use Markoprint printers on a daily basis

Duration: 1 day

Number of participants: max. 4 people

Location: The training course can be held either at our training centre in Rheinbreitbach (preferred) or at your premises.
