Labelers for all of your label solutions

Automatic labeling in industrial production environments demands robust, efficient and reliable label printers and labeling systems. Weber Marking Systems has marking technologies designed to meet your specific demands. Label dispensers will apply preprinted labels onto products at high speed – from top, bottom, sides or all-round. Print and apply labelers can even print a label immediately before dispensing. Our systems are based on a sophisticated modular concept. Virtually any labeling application can be realised by using our different print modules, applicators and tamp pads!

Inkjet printers for cost-saving direct marking

Industrial inkjet printers can mark products and packaging directly – e.g. using text, sequential numbers and codes. Various technologies are available, depending on application and material to be printed on. Drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet printers, together with HP, Funai, Xaar and Trident printing technologies, will handle many marking tasks on absorbent and non-absorbent materials: from pin sharp 600 dpi resolution small print to larger print for logistics marking. Depending on system, print technology and application, high-quality barcode will be produced even at 36 000 prints per minute.

RFID systems for automatic identification of products in warehousing, logistics and trade

RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. This technology writes data to transponders. Data may be read at any time along the supply chain and can also be dynamically changed or supplemented – no direct visual contact required. RFID labels with integrated chips are termed smart labels – additional information may even be printed on them. RFID is today often used for quick identification and automation of processes in manufacturing and logistics.

Self-adhesive labels on rolls – the perfect match to your label printer or labeling system

Labels are used to “indirectly” mark products and packaging. Different types of labels are available for different requirements. Primary labels are available ready or partially printed. Marketing labels, for instance – these tend to be monochrome or multicolour with a large graphic image, also the company logo and informative text. Label printers often add information such as batch numbers or shelf life to partially printed labels in running production.

Safety labels are special labels with visible or hidden safety features for product protection. Special labels have special properties or functionalities for special applications. This may include, for instance, UV-resistant labels that do not fade in the sun or waterproof labels that will not peel off when moist. A label must be particularly resistant should it later be subjected to such conditions.
