1. Operation of the LCD touch display
Our Legi-Air 4050 E has a resistant LCD touchscreen. The 7-inch screen provides a modern, intuitive approach. The display contains a 5-pin M12 industrial connector on the back of the labeler. Also, the mounting position is freely selectable and, if not above the print module, should be in an easily accessible location close to the labeler. Extension cables for the touch display are optionally available too.
2. Display menu
The display menu contains settings for the menu language, time, and display mode, as well as the brightness and haptic of the touch display. On the parameter, you will find an option for the language selection. Also, you can adjust the brightness and select the preferred display mode – color or dark mode.
3. User experience
The current user level is displayed and accessed with three operational levels: operator level, serv. customer and certified service. The “operator level” offers limited setting options and does not require password entry. Customers who have completed an optional training course receive the relevant password as part of the training to give them access to a range of set-up and maintenance parameters for “service customer” user. “Certified service” includes service technicians from the manufacturer or their distributors and trained skilled workers. This group of people can carry out extensive modifications to the system configuration.
