Components in the automotive industry present labeling technology with particular challenges. After all, products could hardly be more different: engines, hinges, brake pads, cables, sensors, screws, car tyres, type plates – the list is long. The materials range from rubber to metal to plastics, with surfaces ranging from smooth to rough. We supply technology Made in Germany for labeling of the highest quality and safety. Do you have any other individual labeling requirements – do you want it to be particularly discreet and unobtrusive? We will also advise you on whether your products will be further processed at a later date and whether they will come into contact with substances such as oil or chemicals.
Direct printing
High-resolution large character printers are a suitable alternative to labels. They print texts, logos and codes directly onto packaging and shipping units.
Variable labeling
Variable applicators and integrated sensors enable labeling of shipping units of different heights on one and the same line.
Pallet labeling
Label pallets on just one packing line with shipping information or warnings on up to three sides - upright, crosswise or diagonally.
