What’s new in inkjet marking at Interpack 2023 ?

Inkjet printers mark both primary and secondary packaging. They mark in high resolution and at very high speed. They are as adaptable as the environments in which they are installed and the surfaces to be marked. The RAZR PP Integra, for example, allows for ultra-fast and very clear printing and is a real alternative to labels. With its small size of 188x80x98 mm, the Integra One with HP cartridge technology fits into even the smallest production facilities. The strong point of the integra PP 108 is again the large print.

Print quality of up to 600 dpi and a maximum print height of 34 mm are possible. Intermediate tank and double nozzle channels make the Performance Piezo triple process-safe.

Markoprint Integra PP 108: Brilliant print images at all times

The Markoprint integra PP 108 recirculating ink system ensures that no nozzles fail and the print image remains brilliant at all times, even in harsh production environments. The Performance Piezo marks large, fast and with high resolution. A unique feature is the Bicolor variant, which uses two ink colors simultaneously, e.g. for GHS labeling in black and red or green and blue.

What’s new in labeling at Interpack 2023 ?

Labeling machines are used in almost every industry. Weber Marking Systems offers a wide range of systems that can be adapted to all shapes and surfaces. They are modular and offer maximum flexibility. The 3D labeling portal Legi-Flex 6100 SLAM, in particular, convinces with features that exactly meet the complex requirements of Industry 4.0. It recognizes the objects to be labeled, connects to databases and applies the labels without prior orientation of the packaging. The Legi-Air AP 182 is specialized for pallets. It can be programmed with seven strokes and reaches peak speeds of 120 pallets per hour. The Legi-Air 6000 label dispenser can label up to 2,250 shipping cartons per hour, with height differences of up to 500 mm. The Legi-Air 4050 label printing system operates without compressed air.

LegiFlex6100Legi-Flex 6100: Shipping labeling 4.0

The Legi-Flex 6100 3D labeling gantry is precisely tailored to the requirements of Industry 4.0. The all-rounder is now available as a PID or SLAM variant. PID stands for “product identification” and applies pre-printed labels. SLAM is the shipping label alignment module. This variant is suitable for applying individually printed shipping labels.

AP 182 pallet labeler: Accelerated material flow

The AP 182 pallet labeler can apply up to three different labels to different sides of pallets or packs. It achieves top speeds of 120 pallets/h for two-sided labeling and 90 pallets/h for three-sided labeling. The swiveling applicator head dispenses the individually printed labels over a short distance or directly onto.

What’s new in laser at Interpack 2023 ?

Laser coding is durable, flexible to use and efficient. With up to 125,000 cycles per hour (35 cycles per second), lasers achieve very high coding speeds. They are safe to use, mark in a sterile and non-contact manner, and are very durable with up to 100,000 operating hours. The Lightworx laser marker is suitable for laser beginners. It is a combination of a powerful fiber laser and a professional workstation. Companies in the metal and plastics industries can use the Lightworx to mark nameplates, housings or tools in no time at all. The e-SolarMark FL is a fiber laser for demanding marking of stainless steel, plastic, plastic foils, etc. Its marking field is 70 x 70 mm up to 300 x 300 mm. It is available as plus version with IP protection class 52 (autonomous air cooling) or IP 54 (external air cooling) and as HD version with IP 65 (water cooling).

The Lightworx workstation with integrated, powerful fiber laser is ideal for entry-level industrial laser marking.

Linx 8900: More productive coding time

The Linx 8900 inkjet printer gives you more productive time and is child’s play to operate and maintain.
