Labeling and coding in the construction industry
Labeling construction materials is a challenge. It is often performed in a dusty environment and under harsh industrial conditions. In addition, every manufacturer, supplier and user wants to know which material he is dealing with, where it comes from and what its sustainability is.
That is why correct labeling and coding is important. Weber Marking Systems provides cost-effective and automated labeling and coding solutions for the construction industry.
Our pallet printer & applier AP 182 labels pallets from one position on up to three different sides with a flexible applicator arm. The AP 182 applies pallet labels such as GS1 and other labels to the front and side of a pallet at various positions.
It is possible to apply two different labels on one side or even label three sides (forehead, side, back). The AP 182 ideal is also a perfect solution for dusty and humid environments.

Our labeling machine LA 4050E labels pallets at varying heights with a tamp blow at Julius van der Werf. This has resolved the bottleneck of too many orders at the end of the day, making growth possible again.
The system can be constructed modularly with different printer units and applicator arms, making up to 1,500 different possible combinations. Depending on the application, the LA 4050E can be customized in our factory in Germany.

HTR develops, produces and supplies technical rubber and plastic foam materials. On request, the foam is printed with a red logo in 13 stripes.
We opted for a coding solution with 13 Markoprint X1JET printheads in one production line. Each print head can be controlled separately with a resolution of 600 DPI, which means logos are printed razor-sharp.
Data & Cost Driven:

Rinos produces entrance mats and coconut entrance mats. The back of the mat is coded in different locations and with different texts and characters.
We have devised a solution for Rinos with 8 Markorpint X1JET printheads, each of which can be controlled independently of each other using the iDesign software. Different color cartridges are also available, such as black, red, blue, white and green.

At Weber Marking Systems, we create coding and labeling systems for industrial production and logistics processes. We also produce labels and we are an independent supplier of A-brand label printers, transfer ribbons and ink cartridges.
